Our wheelchair service is door-to-door. The driver will assist you from the vehicle to the entrance and back. If you need help beyond the door — inside the building or at the appointment — a caregiver escort must accompany you. Please let us know at booking if a caregiver will be riding along so we can assign the right vehicle and plan accordingly.
